Celebration Restaurant Group

Celebration Restaurant Group operates nearly 150 Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC restaurants in Florida. The majority of the Pizza Hut units were acquired directly from Yum Brands, Inc. in 2009, a small tuck-in acquisition was completed in 2012, and an additional 34 units were acquired from Yum in 2015. The Taco Bell restaurants were acquired from a franchisee in 2012, and the KFC units were acquired from a franchisee in 2017. Celebration sold 10 Taco Bell stores in Atlanta in 2016, 32 Pizza Hut units in the Midwest in 2019, and eight Taco Bell stores in Savannah in 2021.
